Server Management is a 'total' support package for your server(s) and critical devices.
Unlimited email, phone, remote and on-site support for your server(s) for a monthly fixed fee.
You tell us the performance you require from your server and we will guarantee to deliver it.
A choice of response times to fit your budget.

In-depth

Our support is pro-active, as we believe over 90% of outages can be prevented when servers are managed and monitored correctly. Preventative maintenance is standard for all servers and is performed by our remote automated systems and on-site visits where required:

Daily checks:
Monitor server health, data integrity, error log anomalies, and hardware and software failure.
Weekly checks:
Benchmark server performance, disk and memory usage, and response times.
Check all PC and laptop minimum patch levels are correct, and anti-virus signatures are up-to-date.
Monthly checks:
Identify if there is a requirement to deploy critical OS and application software updates recommended by the respective vendors.
Every 3 months:
File system restore.
Identify if any new storage or resource requirements have arisen.
Perform server(s) housekeeping.
If we have been unable to prevent an outage from occurring, you can rely on our Support with a guaranteed response of 2 or 4 hours, or Next Business Day
    
All support contracts include unlimited email, phone, remote and on-site support for a monthly fixed fee.

Monthly charges

Server Management is split into 3 components for pricing:

The server and operating system as one unit.
The number of client licences for the entire Enterprise (measured in units of 5).
Extra server modules, such as SQL, Exchange, anti-virus server, backup server etc.
