In-depth
Our support is pro-active, as we believe over 90% of outages can be prevented when servers are managed and monitored correctly. Preventative maintenance is standard for all servers and is performed by our remote automated systems and on-site visits where required:

Daily checks:
Monitor server health, data integrity, error log anomalies, and hardware and software failure. |

Weekly checks:
Benchmark server performance, disk and memory usage, and response times. Check all PC and laptop minimum patch levels are correct, and anti-virus signatures are up-to-date. |

Monthly checks:
Identify if there is a requirement to deploy critical OS and application software updates recommended by the respective vendors. |
 |
Every 3 months:
File system restore.
Identify if any new storage or resource requirements have arisen.
Perform server(s) housekeeping. |

Server Management is split into 3 components for pricing:
